EXHORTATION through the BOOK OF LIFE
Scripture to ponder on:
“And Abram is a son of ninety and nine years, and Jehovah appeareth unto Abram, and saith unto him, ‘I [am] God Almighty, walk habitually before Me, and be thou perfect;”
Genesis 17:1 YLT98
*WALKING WITH GOD *A LIFE OF FAITH*
When a Christian has an intimate relationship with the Lord Jesus, they can experience a divine power that transforms them from the inside out, through the power of God’s grace. This grace is manifested only because you have become righteous before God (2 Corinthians 5:21). Jesus brought grace and truth (John 1:17). Divine power allows you to live beyond all human limitations, and the truth frees you from your human dependence, enabling you to submit to God's promises daily.
At 75, Abram received God's command to leave his nation for a strange land (Genesis 12:1). For 24 years, he faced many difficulties as he tried to help God. But if you read his story, you will notice that God never blamed him. On the contrary, He reaffirmed His constant presence, and Abram was aware of it. This established an intimacy between Almighty God and His weak creation.
I pray that you understand how much God invested to bring you back to Him. With Abraham, He was the Almighty and operated from the outside, but today grace and truth (Jesus) dwell within you. Jesus has made you the solution wherever you are. So remember that the Lord is with you, and don't focus on your shortcomings but on Him who is Almighty (Isaiah 9:5). Arise, then, and do mighty deeds!
Jesus’ beloved !
AMEN & AMEN 🙏🏾🙏🏾!!
