The constant presence

*🕊️CONSIDER THE CONSTANT PRESENCE OF GOD WITH YOU 🕊️
There was a time, under the law of the Old Testament, when God was only present if He was fully obeyed. In case of failure, He withdrew. Today, we are united by a completely different covenant, and God's presence is now constant with us for eternity.
God has declared that He will never abandon us, “For he himself has said, ‘Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.’ Therefore we can confidently say, ‘The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?’” (Hebrews 13:5-6).
Since Jesus, the source of prosperity, peace, support, and wisdom, is always with you, you can only prosper and grow in His love! Why? Because of Jesus' sacrifice on the cross. On the cross, He became our burnt offering. He bore our sins and suffered our punishment. God's judgment against our sins fell upon Jesus. He was abandoned by His Father on the cross, so that we might today benefit from God's constant and uninterrupted presence in our lives (Matthew 27:46).
What assurance we can have today! It means that in joy, He is with you. In trial, He is with you. In sorrow, He is with you. In goodness, He is with you. Even in failure, He is always there! This is what Jesus meant when He affirmed that He would never leave you nor forsake you!
