EXHORTATION through the BOOK OF LIFE
Scripture to ponder on:
“For the promise that he would be the heir of the world was not to Abraham or to his seed through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.”
Romans 4:13 NKJV
👄YOUR FAITH IS EXPRESSED THROUGH YOUR MOUTH👄
In Romans 4:13, it is clear that God's promise that Abraham and his descendants would be heirs of the world, was not through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.
Today, because we belong to Jesus, we are Abraham's descendants and heirs according to the promise (Galatians 3:29). And the more we believe that we are righteous in Christ, the more we will experience His provision.
My friend, being an heir of the world and walking in the blessings of Abraham—health, protection, and abundant sustenance—is obtained through faith. It is believing that even if we do not deserve any of God's blessings, we have been made righteous through the sacrifice and finished work of His Son, and we are qualified for all His blessings!
On the cross, Jesus took your sins and gave you His righteousness. He took your poverty and gave you His abundance. He took your shame and gave you His victory. Today, believe that you have been made righteous through the finished work of Jesus in your daily gratitude for His work in your life, and begin to live in the blessings of Abraham!
