EXHORTATION through the BOOK OF LIFE
Verse to meditate on:
“while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.”
II Corinthians 4:18 NKJV
WHAT ARE YOUR EYES FIXED ON?
Beloved!
Never focus your attention on what you see in the realm of the natural and physical senses. Things that are eternal are not subject to change.
The Word of God is eternal and contains countless promises that cover any circumstances you may face. Therefore, no matter what happens in the disoriented and changing world in which you live, these promises will remain forever the same.
No matter how bad your body feels, God's Word will always say: “He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By his stripes you have been healed.” (1 Peter 2:24)
No matter how empty your bank account seems, God's Word will always say: “My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:19)
“For his divine power has given us everything we need for life and godliness through our knowledge of him who called us by his glory and goodness. Through these he has given us his great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped from the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.” (2 Peter 1:3-4)
Don't settle for the meager existence the world wants to confine you to. Hold fast to what the Word of God affirms as your possession and receive God's great promises, thanking Him for having qualified you through Jesus Christ your Savior. Focus your attention on God's eternal truths, and do not look at visible things. After all, they are subject to change and fleeting.
Jesus’ beloved !
AMEN & AMEN 🙏🏾🙏🏾!!
