EXHORTATION through the BOOK OF LIFE
Scripture to ponder on:
“There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.”
Romans 8:1-2 NKJV
* WHICH LAW INFLUENCES YOUR LIFE? ✨
Beloved, the whole world is supremely subject to two laws: the law of the Spirit of life in Jesus Christ and the law of sin and death. The law of the Spirit of life is available to Christians so that they may experience Christ's victory in this world every day until the coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. The law of sin and death is evidently at work in everyone, for all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). And now they live according to their senses.
“All people are mine; both son and father are mine; the one who sins is the one who will die… A son will not be held responsible for the sin of his father, nor will a father be held responsible for the sin of his son.” “The righteousness of the righteous will be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked will be upon him.” (Ezekiel 18:4, 20)
If you are in Christ, your sins have been condemned on the body of Jesus through all that He endured. The resurrection of Jesus Christ proves that you died with Him through your baptism and were resurrected with Christ. This makes you a new creation in the Spirit. From now on, the Holy Spirit lives in you, and He expects your words to activate the work that the Lord Jesus Christ accomplished in order to give life to your mortal body and guide you successively in this world. This is what the Word calls walking in the Spirit.
You have a “dormant” inheritance that is just waiting for you to reveal it. “Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I do, and even greater works than these will he do, because I am going to the Father.” (John 14:12) You are in Christ, so put the words of Christ in your mouth!
Jesus’ beloved !
AMEN & AMEN 🙏🏾🙏🏾!!
