EXHORTATION through the BOOK of LIFE
Scripture to ponder on :
“For not through law [is] the promise to Abraham, or to his seed, of his being heir of the world, but through the righteousness of faith;”
Romans 4:13 YLT98
👄YOUR FAITH IS EXPRESSED THROUGH YOUR MOUTH 👄
In Romans 4: 13, it is clear that God's promise that Abraham and his posterity would be heirs of the world was not by the law, but by the righteousness of faith.
Today, because we belong to Jesus, we are the posterity of Abraham and the heirs according to the promise (Galatians 3:29). And the more we believe that we are righteous in Christ, the more we will experience His provision.
My friend being heir to the world and walking in the blessings of Abraham in terms of health, protection and abundant subsistence, is obtained by faith. It is to believe that even if we deserve no blessing from God, we have been made righteous by the sacrifice and finished work of His Son, and we are qualified for all His blessings!
On the cross, Jesus took your sins and gave you His righteousness. He took your poverty and gave you His abundance. He took your shame and gave you His victory. Today, believe that you have been rendered righteous by the finished work of Jesus in your daily acknowledgment of His work for you and begin to live in the blessings of Abraham!
