Tear down human strongholds, Build divine strongholds

Beloved, whether you are aware of it or not, a battle is raging in your thoughts. The enemy sows lies and negative thoughts to discourage you from following God, turning you toward your senses and making you easy prey. But God has given us a powerful weapon to overcome the enemy's schemes: His Word!

By meditating on the biblical promises that proclaim God's truth in your life, you have already won the battle for your thoughts. It is no coincidence that Jesus was crucified on Mount Golgotha, which literally means "Place of the Skull" (Matthew 27:33). Your transformation must begin in your mind.

This battle for your spirit is not fought externally. Our weapons in this battle are neither physical nor tangible. Our weapons are the weapons of faith, based on our identity before God, and they are powerful in God to tear down the strongholds that hold you captive.

The devil can only plant evil thoughts in your mind, but he cannot control your belief! When you receive the revelation of God's unconditional love for you, every lie and every wrong thought melts away like butter in the sun. Lies can only imprison and defeat you to the extent that you allow Satan to sow fear and stress through distractions… but God's truth sets you free. Listen carefully to the words of Jesus: “If you abide in my word, you are truly my disciples, and you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free” (John 8:31-32). This means that, whatever trap you are caught in today, the truth of Jesus will set you free!

The Word of God clearly tells us that spiritual warfare takes place in our thoughts and that we win it by “pulling down strongholds, demolishing arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God” (2 Corinthians 10:4-5). It is in your thoughts and imagination that the enemy launches his attacks against you and your destiny. I believe that you are now aware of the battle raging in your mind, between false and true beliefs, so you have already won half the battle! Continue to listen to the messages that explain how God loves you unconditionally, even giving His Son to pay for your sins and making you His righteousness in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:21). Now you live righteously before God, and His grace is with you. And whatever trap you are caught in today, the truth of His Word will set you free!
