EXHORTATION through the BOOK of LIFE
Scripture to ponder on :
“And David was greatly distressed; for the people spake of stoning him, because the soul of all the people was grieved, every man for his sons and for his daughters: but David strengthened himself in Jehovah his God.”
1 Samuel 30:6 ASV
THE DAVID PRINCIPLE
In the verse above, David is faced with a deadly situation. His companions were preparing to stone him, but the Bible tells us that David regained courage by relying on the Lord his God. How did he rely on The Lord? By remembering past victories and God's faithfulness. Thus the Lord did good to him. He revealed to him the plan of action that allowed them to recover everything they had lost (1 Samuel 30:19).
This ordeal was for God another way to refine the faith of King David and strengthen his determination. David remembered that God was with him during the previous battles of his life so he began to give thanks and praising God, thus preparing his heart to welcome the fullness of His reward.
So when you start by thanking the Lord for His love and what He has accomplished in your life, you will receive from Him the action plan for the manifestation of your blessings which are already available in heavenly places because you are in Christ and you live in the world to represent Him.
Jesus’ beloved !
AMEN & AMEN 🙏🏾🙏🏾!!
