EXHORTATION through the BOOK OF LIFE
Scripture to ponder on:
“For the word of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us who are saved it is the power of God.”
1 Corinthians 1:18 ASV
🔥 THE POWER OF THE CROSS OF JESUS 🔥
Many know that Jesus died on a cross, but few realize what this truly means for their lives. The death of Jesus is not simply a historical event. It carries a profound, life-giving message with transformative power. Those who do not understand this meaning miss out on salvation. But those who receive it discover a power capable of changing their hearts, their identities, and their destinies.
Understanding the cross, this It's not just about knowing that Jesus died. It's about understanding why He died: for us. It's the starting point of a transformed life, rooted in grace. Paul uses the expression "in Christ" very often. This is no coincidence. To be in Christ is to live dependent on and rooted in Him. To be united with Christ is also to submit to the truth of His work by accepting it in order to live.
Jesus bore the punishment so that we might be declared righteous. And when God justifies, no one can accuse (Romans 8:33). If a thought of guilt, shame, or regret comes back to you today, remember this truth: in Christ, you are acquitted! You are free. You no longer have to live under the weight of condemnation, shame, illness, or poverty. The blood of Jesus has cleansed us from all sin completely (1 John 1:7).
On the cross, Jesus has been paid for everything, and His resurrection is the receipt for payment for you. From now on, in Christ, you are a new creation. This means that you are forgiven, washed clean of all sin, and acquitted of everything you inherited from Adam. Jesus has won the victory! You died with Him, and now you live and are victorious with Him. And you must judge every conjecture with the truth of the cross.
We give you a concrete example: poverty (Genesis 3:17-19) is from Adam, and blessings are from Jesus in the heavenly realms in Christ (Ephesians 1:3) at the right hand of God. You are a member of the body of Christ and an ambassador.
You lack provisions! « Thank you, Lord Jesus, for bearing this lack on the cross, and through Your resurrection, I have been blessed with all the blessings in the heavenly realms, and I command them to manifest in my life in the name of Jesus. » !
Hallelujah! Celebrate your victory in Christ on the cross. And the more you proclaim this, the more you will grow and the more you will receive.
Jesus’ beloved !
AMEN & AMEN 🙏🏾🙏🏾!!
