EXHORTATION through the BOOK of LIFE
Scripture to ponder on ;
“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this [present] darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) places.”
Ephesians 6:12 AMP
READY FOR THE FIGHT🏹🏹🏹
We sometimes tend to forget or underestimate a biblical reality: the existence of a spiritual struggle. And if it is true that this fight exists, it is equally true that God's protection is certain on His children. The devil wants to see couples destroyed, young people with diverted destinies, areas of your life sterile and under the control of his agents (various oppressions, discouragement, toxic thoughts, division, seduction, diseases, financial drought, etc.).
This is why the apostle Paul urges us in the previous passage to "put on all the weapons of God so that we can stand firm against the wiles and seduction of the devil". But is there a prerequisite? The answer is yes. Victory is in Christ so submit to the will of God for your life and let Him strengthen you to go to the end of this fight. Put your trust in God. It is this confidence that will allow you to wear your armor with bravery and courage.
As in all wars, there will be moments of rest and there will be moments to attack the enemy. So be ready and wear your weapon at all times. It is also important to realize that there is no "sub-weapon ". Every believer has the same armor. The apostles and prophets had, at their disposal, the same weapon as a young Christian. The difference lies only in the understanding of the functioning of the armor and in the spiritual maturity of each one.
Beloved, I encourage you not to leave any opportunity to the devil to drag you into thoughts, words or actions that do not glorify God. Turn them off and reject them sharply. Just as the apostle Paul encourages us, you must resist by growing in your identity in Christ !
Jesus’ beloved !
AMEN & AMEN 🙏🏾🙏🏾!!
