Belief and Prayer 1
EXHORTATION through the BOOK of LIFE
Scripture to ponder on:
“Therefore I say to you, whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.”
Mark 11:24 NKJV
BELIEF AND PRAYER #1
Prayer is the Christian's right to claim what belongs to him in Christ. Being in Christ gives you access to all things that belong to you as a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17).
Prayer is the means to manifest the kingdom of God. “and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus,”
Ephesians 2:6 NKJV
This implies that the Christian must grow in the revelation of his identity and thank the Father who raised him up together with Christ.
Prayer is the way you receive God's unconditional love for His children. It is written: “He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things?”Romans 8:32 NKJV
When you pray, thank the Lord for redeeming you first, because “we who were dead in our trespasses, He made alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved);” (Ephesians 2:5). Then, present your need to the Lord. And while you wait for the manifestation (the physical fulfillment of your request), continue to thank Him for His faithfulness.
Know that faith does not die during the waiting period; on the contrary, it is strengthened within you, for the Bible declares: “So is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.” (Isaiah 55:11). Receive God's love with confidence. This love makes you a champion (Hebrews 6:12).
Jesus’ beloved !
