Anointed for this profession
EXHORTATION through the BOOK of LIFE
Scripture to ponder on
“So when Jesus had received the sour wine, He said, “It is finished!” And bowing His head, He gave up His spirit.”
John 19:30 NKJV
God Has Anointed Your Profession
When Jesus declared, “It is finished!” on the cross (John 19:30), He completed everything required for you to reign in life. The Christian life is not about struggling to achieve or relying solely on worldly intelligence; it is about receiving the abundance of grace and the gift of righteousness that He already secured (Romans 5:17).
Applying the Finished Work
God wants you to trade exhausting self-reliance for His divine favor and guidance. Whatever your field—whether medicine, education, business, or the arts—He has ordained your work and equipped you through the Holy Spirit to excel.
A Daily Declaration
"Eternal Father, thank You for delivering me from darkness and placing me into the kingdom of Your Son, where I have redemption and forgiveness through His blood. Thank You for ordaining me in my profession. Just as You anointed Jesus, I receive Your Holy Spirit today to fulfill my daily mission for Your glory."
Keep your focus on His finished work, and throughout the day, simply thank the Holy Spirit for guiding your hands and mind. That’s what we mean by being a disciple of Jesus Christ.
Jesus’ beloved
