Your daily faith
EXHORTATION through the BOOK OF LIFE
Scripture to ponder on ::
“And a certain man in Lystra, impotent in the feet, was sitting, being lame from the womb of his mother — who never had walked, this one was hearing Paul speaking, who, having stedfastly beheld him, and having seen that he hath faith to be saved, said with a loud voice, ‘Stand up on thy feet upright;’ and he was springing and walking,”
Acts 14:8-10 YLT98
BUILD YOUR FAITH DAILY
Beloved, if you want to have faith for your breakthroughs, make sure you hear and believe in God through the word of Christ. In fact, in Romans 10:17, it is the word of Christ, not the word of God, as written in some Bible translations. What is the difference? The word of Christ refers to the word of the new covenant, the word of His grace.
In the book of Acts, the apostle Paul says, “So now, brothers and sisters, I commend you to God and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up and to give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified” (Acts 20:32). What is able to build you up and give you an inheritance among the saints? It is the word of His grace, or the word of Christ. The Bible urges us to “let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom” (Colossians 3:16).
Are you experiencing uncertainty? Keep listening to messages full of grace and the finished work of our Lord Jesus as proclaimed by the apostle Paul. This is what the lame man in today’s verses did. Continue to hear how all your sins have been forgiven by Christ and how you are now the righteousness of God in Christ. Continue to hear how much God loves you, watches over you, provides for your needs, and delivers you from all your uncertainties.
LET US PRAY
Father, in the name of Jesus, teach me daily communion with the Holy Spirit. Nourish my spirit with Your Word, make Your Word more real to me than fear, pressure, and outward evidence.
Train me to recognize the greater One who dwells in me, more than the noise of the world.
Strengthen me as I pray in tongues. Teach me to worship in spirit and truth, not only when life is easy, but when the pressure is real. I thank You because I do not practice these things to earn Your love. I practice them because I am loved, redeemed, and called to live by the inner man.
Jesus’ beloved !
AMEN & AMEN 🙏🏾🙏🏾!!
