You must pray

EXHORTATION according to the BOOK of LIFE

YOUR PRAYER IS NECESSARY

Beloved, it is written; “ “Therefore if anyone is in Christ [that is, grafted in, joined to Him by faith in Him as Savior], he is a new creature [reborn and renewed by the Holy Spirit]; the old things [the previous moral and spiritual condition] have passed away. Behold, new things have come [because spiritual awakening brings a new life].”

Your victory is therefore based on the work of the Lord Jesus Christ and not on your efforts to succeed. I want to emphasize that idleness is contrary to faith.

The struggle between your intellect and the word of God is resolved when you learn to submit everything to the Holy Spirit, who filters your desires in accordance with your identity as you move forward in life. This is what James teaches us: “Humble yourselves [with an attitude of repentance and insignificance] in the presence of the Lord, and He will exalt you [He will lift you up, He will give you purpose].”

The verses from Jeremiah were addressed to the elders in captivity in Babylon.

But the same word is addressed to us because we are confronted with things contrary to our destiny. What do you take from this? You must pray with confidence for your destiny, basing yourself on the word of God as you move forward in the opportunities before you, without being discouraged by the opposition you will encounter.
