Exhortation through the Book of Life
Scripture to ponder on
“as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue, by which have been given to us exceedingly great and precious promises, that through these you may be partakers of the divine nature, having escaped the corruption that is in the world through lust.”
II Peter 1:3-4 NKJV
YOU ARE THE BEARER OF DIVINE POWER
Beloved, today's verses speak of divine power as the source of our daily lives, enabling us to participate in the glorious and marvelous work of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. This power is none other than the Holy Spirit, who teaches us and works through us (John 16:13-14).
You are a new creation, made in the very image of God (2 Corinthians 5:17-21), and His ambassador to the world. Just as an ambassador cannot survive without dependence on the nation he represents, so too are some Christians. They love to proclaim verses with God's promises, but they are in misery.
From the moment you received the Lord Jesus Christ as your Savior, you became His possession and His Father, who also became yours. “He has marked us with his name and has poured out the Holy Spirit into our hearts as a guarantee of the good things he has stored up for us.” (2 Corinthians 1:22)
With the Holy Spirit, you have every ability to live in fellowship and to meet all your expectations and those of others.
We will give you an example of your communion with the Holy Spirit: As soon as you wake up, don't jump out of bed; invite the Holy Spirit to give you wisdom and direction for everything you will encounter during the day. And throughout the day, thank Him for being with you.
For provision: Father, I thank You for providing for my needs according to Your riches and glory in Jesus Christ. I pray that You now open my eyes to see how You are already working to give me wisdom to know what steps to take. Help me to be aware of Your provision even before I see it with my natural eyes. I trust in You and I rely on Your faithfulness.
And throughout the day, thank Him for the provision. And speak in tongues to prevent your senses from hindering your prayer.
Jesus’ beloved !
AMEN & AMEN 🙏🏾🙏🏾!!
