You are God’s imitator
EXHORTATION through the BOOK OF LIFE
Scripture to ponder on
“Become, then, followers of God, as children beloved,”
Ephesians 5:1 YLT98
YOU ARE AN IMITATOR OF GOD
Creating new things, changing old ones... Because you and I are made in the image of God, this is something we constantly try to do. But if you want tosucceed in what you undertake, you must learn from the Creator Himself, our Heavenly Father. God did not begin to create by accident. Before creating the universe, He first had to visualize what He wanted to accomplish. If you want to operate according to your Christian identity, you must imitate God, using the method of the inner image.
In John 5:19, “Jesus answered them, ‘Very truly I tell you, the Son can do nothing by himself; he can do only what he sees his Father doing, because whatever the Father does the Son does likewise.’” If you are born again, the Lord has shown you the method and given you the power to produce permanent changes in your life and around you. So learn to align your thoughts with the progressive revelation of your redemption, and you will build according to God’s plan.
Don’t waste your time trying to create a positive mental image on your own. It’s important that you familiarize yourself with God’s Word and ask the Holy Spirit to open your understanding according to your situation. Don’t let yourself be influenced by what you see (the temporary); it’s simply a distraction that the devil uses to disqualify you from your inheritance.
Your first hour of the morning is precious for ensuring the success of your mission in the world, as the Lord Jesus Christ did: “And rising very early in the morning, long before daybreak, Jesus left the house and went off to a solitary place, where he prayed.”
Mark 1:35 And all that He did after communion with His Father was wonderful.
If you want to be successful in your identity, you must dedicate time to the Word of God as your bank.
Jesus’ beloved !
AMEN & AMEN 🙏🏾🙏🏾!!
