When you rest ,God works



EXHORTATION through the BOOK of LIFE

“Then said she, Sit still, my daughter, until thou know how the matter will fall; for the man will not rest, until he have finished the thing this day.”

                  WHEN YOU REST, GOD WORKS.

Boaz wanted to redeem Ruth from all her financial problems and marry her. However, according to the custom of the time, he could only do so after a relative closer to Ruth had given up his right to redeem her. So Boaz went to Bethlehem's door, where they had the meeting, to settle the matter with this parent.

When Ruth's stepmother, Naomi, heard what had happened, she told Ruth to stay seated and not to be anxious, because Boaz would not rest until he had managed to solve the case concerning Ruth that day. Now, because Boaz is an image of Jesus, our Redeemer relative, the truth here is that when you are "sitting" and not anxious, Jesus will work in your name!

Beloved, what challenges are you facing today? A disturbing body symptom? The fear of losing your job, whatever the situation? Give the business to your heavenly Boaz, Jesus, and rest in His unconditional love, His unlimited abilities, His will and His favor. When you rest in Him, He will not rest until He has successfully resolved the matter in your favor!

You have value in His eyes so rest!!!
