EXHORTATION through THE BOOK OF LIFE
Scriptures to ponder on :
“Let no corrupt word proceed out of your mouth, but what is good for necessary edification, that it may impart grace to the hearers. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption.”
Ephesians 4:29-30 NKJV
WHAT ARE YOU ENFORCING ?
Beloved, you are created in the image of God, redeemed by the precious blood of Jesus Christ, and now a child of God (Galatians 4:4-7).
Everywhere you go, the angels of the Lord await your words to act and manifest the glory of your heavenly Father.
However, many do not live this reality because they allow themselves to be influenced by their environment. They are then surprised not to see success or victory in their lives.
Today's scripture reminds us of an essential truth: our words must be a source of edification and grace.
When someone upsets you, your role is not to respond with anger, but with a gentle word, for you are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.
The Bible says:
“There is one whose rash words are like sword thrusts, but the tongue of the wise brings healing.”— Proverbs 12:18 (ESV)
In today's world, Christians and non-Christians alike are subjected to multiple pressures. Yet, you, as a child of God, are called to be the salt and the light, to bring peace and grace through your words.
Every word you speak can either fuel anger or strengthen peace. The choice is yours.
Remember: your words have spiritual power. They can either grieve the Holy Spirit or allow Him to manifest the victory of Jesus in your life and around you.
So, beloved of the Lord Jesus, choose to enforce peace, to speak with wisdom and grace, and to let the Holy Spirit work through you daily.
Jesus’ beloved !
AMEN & AMEN 🙏🏾🙏🏾!!
