TRUE WORSHIP



EXHORTATION through the BOOK of LIFE

Scripture to ponder on:

“But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and truth: for such doth the Father seek to be his worshippers.”

                         THE TRUE WORSHIP 😍

It is a good thing to raise your arms to the sky at the church, to cry to the sound of songs of praise and the words sung. But then, when you come home, sometimes the temporary realities presented by the devil can disturb all the peace you received when you were with the assembly. ## Examine the quality of your worship. Was it for you to enjoy good music or did you feel touched by the depth of the lyrics? Or were you looking to establish a moment of intimacy and communion with God?

The verse above reveal to us that true worship is a matter of heart and mind, where your heart expresses itself in all sincerity. Worship in spirit and in truth transcends places and moments, embodying the sincerity of our faith and devotion. It is more than vital for you to have a life of worship towards the Lord in your personal life. You don't have to let the temporary (difficulties, persecutions, lies, illnesses, unemployment, etc.) steal the joy of your salvation. Faced with this kind of situation, your first expression must be a time of worship.

The Word declares: “Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee; because he trusteth in thee.”Isaiah‬ ‭26‬:‭3‬ ‭ASV‬‬

Your firmness in your identity will always give you peace whatever the circumstances. So in the face of adversity, pray; Lord I thank You for being with me and I thank You for meeting all my needs according to Your riches in glory and not according to my abilities. You satan I command you to leave my family in the name of Jesus. 

Then thank the Lord and speak in tongues while you continue to worship Him in your heart and go about your business. If you apply this, you will have worshiped God in Spirit and truth. So you will always be above the circumstances.
