The seed process
EXHORTATION through the BOOK OF LIFE
Scripture to ponder on :
“‘And this is the simile: The seed is the word of God,”
Luke 8:11 YLT98
THE SEED PROCESS
Jesus could have called the word of God in any number of ways: a weapon, a manual, a law, or even a passage of Scripture. The word is described in all these forms, but when He wanted to explain how it works concretely in the life of a believer, how it enters, how it grows, and how it bears fruit, Jesus chose a very specific metaphor. He compared it to a seed, not to a lightbulb producing instant results, nor to a push button that controls on/off, but to a seed.
The seed has a unique process; you must prepare the soil, then plant it, water it, and wait for the harvest.
Let's return to the word concerning sickness: “He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sin and live to righteousness; by whose wounds you have been healed” (1 Peter 2:24).
Application: Lord Jesus, I thank You for bearing my sins on Your body. Thus, I have died to sin and become righteous, and by Your wounds I have been healed. Therefore, I command you this condition, to leave my body, which is the temple of the Holy Spirit, and I release the healing power of the Holy Spirit into my body in the name of Jesus. “You planted the seed.”
You take the same word and meditate on it; you water it, you speak in tongues, and you continue to live.
Unfortunately, it is during this period of perseverance, frequency, and consistency that some lose the battle because, after praying, they nullify their prayer with what comes out of their mouths.
Does the farmer open the soil every morning to check if the seed has sprouted? No, he knows that the seed will germinate in the soil, which is your body, and produce according to its kind.
Jesus’ beloved !
... I release the healing power of the Holy Spirit into my body, in the mighty name of Jesus, AMEN & AMEN 🙏🏾🙏🏾!!
