THE GREATEST SACRIFICE OF LOVE #1

Beloved, it is crucial to know and understand the reason why you became a Christian, for this will allow you to live actively within your inheritance.

God created you in His image (Gen 1:26-27), but because of Adam's disobedience, every man and woman lost the glorious image of God and became His enemy, living by their senses, which are subject to Satan, who is jealous of them. Now, God is Spirit, and communion with Him is based on His word, which strengthens your inner being.

Do you see where these feelings and failures that are constant in your life come from? This is the spiritual battle you are engaged in every day.

The Word declares, “For what the law was powerless to do because it was weak in the flesh, God did by sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh to be a sin offering. And he condemned sin in the flesh, so that the righteous requirement of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.” Romans 8:3-4

Read this verse again; the righteous requirement of your justification before God has been paid for you by the Son of God. So stop being conscious of your shortcomings and become aware of your justification before God through the work accomplished by His Son for you.

If you do this, you will have access to all the possibilities of Jesus Christ in your life.

Remember this: God created you and gave you His Son to save you, and after saving you, He released the Holy Spirit to dwell within you in order to transform your inner being. And He guaranteed you, “You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you.” John 15:16

You are righteous before God, and you have the same place as Jesus before Him! Now wake up!
