EXHORTATION through the BOOK OF LIFE

Verse to ponder on:

“But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother’s womb and called me through His grace, to reveal His Son in me, that I might preach Him among the Gentiles, I did not immediately confer with flesh and blood,”

‭‭Galatians‬ ‭1‬:‭15‬-‭16‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

THE CHRISTIAN DESTINY

Beloved, after the disobedience of Adam and Eve, the Eternal God always desired to be in the life of His creation made in His image. That is why, in the Old Testament, He manifested His love and grace to Noah, “But Noah found favor in the eyes of the Lord.” Genesis 6:8 and Abram, “And the Lord said to Abram, ‘Go from your country, and of your relatives and of your father’s house, in the land that I will show you; and I will make you into a great nation, and I will bless you, and make your name great, and you will be a blessing.” Genesis 12:1-2

Today’s verses are from Paul, descendant from Abraham (Galatians 1:13-14), and which state: “I want you to know, brothers and sisters, that the gospel I preached is not of human origin. I did not receive it from any man, nor was I taught it; rather, I received it by revelation from Jesus Christ.”Galatians 1:11-12

Paul, drawing on his knowledge of the Jewish religion, received the revelation of the mystery of the new birth in order to bring us the message of reconciliation with God in Jesus Christ: “For in Christ Jesus you are all children of God through faith. For all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.” Galatians 3:26-28

Paul received the revelation of the new creation that makes you a child of God, and your duty, despite your limited knowledge, is to receive the revelation of your standing in Jesus Christ, for you are called to do wonders beyond your human understanding.

We will give you a concrete example:

Upon waking:

Father, I thank you for redeeming me from the power of darkness and for bringing me into the kingdom of your beloved Son. My destiny is in Christ, and I refuse to be ordinary because He who is in me is greater than he who is in the world, and He continually strengthens me to represent Christ in everything I do today in the name of Jesus.

Jesus’ beloved !
