EXHORTATION through the BOOK of LIFE

*THE SUPREME PROTECTION

AND PROVISION*

For many Christians, it is not necessary to constantly consider the Old Testament and the New Testament. In fact, to think like this is to refuse to observe the similarity between the Old Testament and the New Testament, in consideration of certain examples in the Old Testament without contextualizing or rationalizing them in the New Testament.

To overthrow the wall of Jericho, Joshua had instructed the people on the conduct to take in the battle: “Now Joshua had commanded the people, saying, “You shall not shout or make any noise with your voice, nor shall a word proceed out of your mouth, until the day I say to you, ‘Shout!’ Then you shall shout.””Joshua‬ ‭6‬:‭10‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

Let's take a verse in the New Testament. In the book of Jude 20, it is written: “But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit,”

‭‭Jude‬ ‭1‬:‭20‬ ‭NKJV‬‬ . Similar, isn't it? Don't you see the similarity and what it's based on? What comes out of your mouth of course! So whatever the obstacle in front of you today, now you know what to do.

In the scripture above, it talks of the blood of the lamb without blemish (Jesus) to put on the two side poles and on the lintel of the door of the houses in which they ate. And we know what happened: no dead nor sick:

For them, it was forbidden for them to drink or eat blood (lev 17:14), but you Christian you must eat the flesh and drink the Blood (communion) to have Christ and His Father in you (John 17:23) And the word says “For the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it to you upon the altar to make atonement for your souls; for it is the blood that makes atonement for the soul.’”Leviticus‬ ‭17‬:‭11‬ ‭NKJV‬‬

So when you open your mouth and say: I cover my family with the Blood of Jesus. You will see your family healthy and safe from calamities around you and like the people of God you will not lack anything. And every activity you cover with the Blood of Jesus will be blessed and protected.
