Stop being ignorant
EXHORTATION though the BOOK OF LIFE
Scripture to ponder on:
“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for Me; Because you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.”
Hosea 4:6 NKJV
DO NOT BE A VICTIM OF IGNORANCE
Beloved, it is God’s heart (and will) that you know all the benefits associated with your nature as a Christian of the new covenant. He wants you to remember all the benefits that Jesus paid for with His blood. It is His heart to see you enjoy the privilege of being His child, to be able to experience every benefit, every blessing, and every favor from Him in the new covenant.
David, who was a prophet and king, prophesied about the future of the Christian in this way: “Bless the Lord, O my soul, and all that is within me, bless his holy name. Bless the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: who forgives all your iniquities, who heals all your diseases, who redeems your life from the pit, who crowns you with mercy and compassion, who satisfies your mouth with good things; your youth is renewed like the eagle’s” (Psalm 103:1-5).
Today, many good, well-intentioned, and sincere Christians are still defeated by their lack of knowledge of the new covenant and all its associated privileges. The forgiveness of sins is yours. Health is yours. Divine protection is yours. Favor is yours. Good things and the renewal of youth are yours. These are all precious gifts from the Lord to you. It brings Him immense JOY when He sees you benefiting from these gifts and succeeding in life.
What you need today is not more laws or more of your own efforts. What you need is a greater revelation and appreciation of Jesus and all He has done for you. Don't be counted among those Christians who live in darkness. Instead, grow in the knowledge of Jesus, of His person, His love, and His finished work. And that is called growing in your identity!
Jesus’ beloved !
AMEN & AMEN 🙏🏾🙏🏾!!
