No sick or poor among them
EXHORTATION through the BOOK OF LIFE
Verse for Meditation
“He also brought them out with silver and gold, And there was none feeble among His tribes.”
Psalms 105:37 NKJV
NO SICK OR POOR AMONG THEM
The Power of Total Deliverance
What really happened when the children of Israel ate the Passover lamb at the very first Passover—the ultimate celebration of salvation and liberation?
That night, God broke a severe oppression and freed them from Egyptian captivity. But the hand of the Lord did not stop there.
The Word declares that there was not one weak person among the 600,000 men who left Egypt on that night of exodus (Exodus 12:37). If we include women and children, the estimates rise to approximately two to three million people freed. The remarkable miracle is that among this vast population, not a single one emerged weakened.
Beyond the Laws of Nature
From a purely human perspective, is it even conceivable that every individual in this nation of slaves was in perfect health?
Backbreaking Labor: Remember the harshness of the tasks imposed upon them and the lashes of the Egyptian masters (Exodus 1:13-14).
Precariousness: We must also consider the chronic malnutrition, poor diet, and the undignified and abject living conditions they endured for decades.
All Generations Included: Inevitably, among them were elderly people and bodies broken by age and suffering.
Despite years of hard labor and servitude, not one of them emerged sick, stumbled, lacked strength, or suffered from any health problems.
A Promise for Today
How was such a thing possible? It is the manifest work of divine power!
Beloved, let us pray that the Lord will open the eyes of your understanding so that you may grasp the extent of His grace for your own life today. What He did for Israel at the Cross of the Passover Lamb, He is fully accomplishing for you.
Jesus’ beloved !
