He went through for you
EXHORTATION through the BOOK of LIFE

HE WENT THROUGH FOR YOUR FREEDOM
Doctors tell us that diseases that many suffer in their body are psychosomatic and result from the mental or emotional stress they have subjected themselves to.
Maybe you were mistreated or emotionally hurt by someone you trusted. Maybe you always feel angry and hurt when you think about it. Beloved, I want to encourage you to let go for your own good (Rom12:17 / Eph 4:32 ) and see the Lord carrying you in His loving arms with care, healing your wounds. See Him restoring you, putting courage in your heart and eliminating any feeling of shame and guilt.
From His arrest to the cross, Jesus took on Him the bitter sting of each of your frustrations, your wounds and all emotional pains when He carried the crown of thorns on your behalf. He did it so that you become freed from fears, poverty, depression and stress, and you can enjoy His peace and rest in your heart, mind and body. Through His resurrection you have become a new creature (2 Corinthians 5:17 )He gives you His righteousness ( 2 Corint 5 :21) and everything that pertains to life as a child of God (2 Peter 1:3). So today acknowledge what He has done for you and grow up to your identity.
