EXHORTATION THROUGH TO THE BOOK OF LIFE
Scripture to ponder on :
“And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.”
Genesis 3:10 KJV
FROM GUILT TO PEACE WITH GOD
Beloved,
Today, we will share a truth that will help you defeat the enemy's accusations, whether they come from the mouths of others or from your own conscience.
In the Garden of Eden, Adam and Eve lived in communion with God, like children with their Father. That is why, after their disobedience, God sought them by saying:
"Where are you? (Genesis 3:9).
A bit like a father who goes home and is surprised not to find his child running towards him as usual.
But this time, Adam was not going towards Him instead he was hiding. Because he believed the devil's lie. By obeying Satan, he lost the divine nature that made him capable of living in the light of God. His eyes opened, not to see the truth, but to see his nakedness, his shame, and his separation from God. So, filled with fear, he covered himself and hid.
This fear, this guilt, this separation - this is what sin produces. But the good news is that you, today, have free access to God, thanks to the perfect work of Jesus Christ, the Lamb of God (Hebrews 2:15).
You received eternal life (John 17:3), undeserved and abundant favor (Romans 5:17), and you are now God's heir (Galatians 4:7, Ephesians 1:3). You have found, in Christ, the divine nature that was lost through Adam.
Adam, after his fall, had to survive in toil and pain (Genesis 3:17). But you, redeemed by Christ, are called to live in the fullness of your heavenly heritage.
Come therefore today in the presence of the Father, not with fear or shame, but with confidence.
Jesus’ beloved !
AMEN & AMEN 🙏🏾🙏🏾!!
