Faith or human senses ?



    EXHORTATION through the BOOK of LIFE

“giving thanks unto the Father, who made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light; who delivered us out of the power of darkness, and translated us into the kingdom of the Son of his love; in whom we have our redemption, the forgiveness of our sins:”

         DO YOU MOVE BY YOUR SENSES OR BY FAITH?

Beloved, do you know that you have an inheritance in Christ? Do you know that as a Christian, you have goods attributed to you by God the Father? Note the terms used in the verse above: "power of the night" (power of darkness) and "kingdom of His Son". In the night, you are led and you share the effects of darkness. In the kingdom of the Son of God, you have goods at your disposal in heavenly places that you must command into existence according to your needs. And the angels will get to work for you.

Also, according to the verses above, you are dead and resurrected with Christ Jesus. Thus, through the work accomplished by His Son, God the Father gives you access to His possessions. Unfortunately, because of the ignorance of your identity and its functioning, you align yourself with the thoughts and actions according to the appearance of the dark. So you become a victim of the destruction that has been evident since the fall of man in the Garden of Eden.

I will give you an example to help you: In the book of Genesis in chapters 13 and 14, you discover Abraham and his nephew Lot. All were righteous before God. Abraham had his eyes turned to God for his resources. He was not concerned about his environment. But he focused on God's promises. He is the image of a Christian in the Light. As for Lot, he had a worried eye with what he saw and he chose Sodom and Gomorrah. And he lost his wife and all his possessions. He is the image of a Christian who walks by sight and not by faith.

Today, choose to walk by faith and not by sight! Choose to be grateful to God because your access to your inheritance is a gift. Put in your mouth, words related to what is in the kingdom of God.
