Enduring the text of fire

EXHORTATION according to the BOOK of LIFE

Verses to meditate on:

“Then Nebuchadnezzar came near to the mouth of the burning fiery furnace: he spake and said, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, ye servants of the Most High God, come forth, and come hither. Then Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego came forth out of the midst of the fire. And the satraps, the deputies, and the governors, and the king’s counsellors, being gathered together, saw these men, that the fire had no power upon their bodies, nor was the hair of their head singed, neither were their hosen changed, nor had the smell of fire passed on them.”

🔥🔥 *ENDURING THE TEST OF FIRE* 🔥 🔥

Reading the passage above, we notice that God did not stand out of the fire, but that He was in the fire with His three friends, Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-Nego, when they were thrown inside the furnace for defying King Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon. There is really no other god who can save like our God. Whatever the circumstances in which you may be, know that our Lord Jesus is the fourth man who stands with you in the midst of what you endure.

Don't you like the way the Word of God describes the three friends when they came out of the furnace? They were in the fire, but it had absolutely no power over them. It didn't even leave on them a trace of smoke! This is a beautiful image of God's divine protection and deliverance! Our Lord does not deliver you from afar. HE is with you in the midst of your adversity. Summon Him and HE will answer you. When Jesus is with you, nothing can harm you!

With Daniel and his friends, HE was beside them. Today Jesus is in us. Because of the perfect work accomplished by the Lord Jesus Christ Himself, you and I have passed through death, and our life is hidden with Christ in God (Colossians 3:3). By growing up in this daily revelation, the challenges will no longer have any power over you and I. The only smell on you will be the perfume of the Lord Jesus (2 Corinthians 2: 14).

This reveals to us a whole new meaning when we read this instruction from God: “Ye are of God, my little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world.”‭‭1 John‬ ‭4‬:‭4‬ ‭ASV‬‬

Beloved while the people around you are witnesses of how the Lord delivers you, may they know His wonderful name and give Him glory. Instead of being negatively affected by any ordeal you may encounter, I pray that you receive honor and promotion, just like Shadrach, Meshach and Abed-Nego in the name of Jesus!
