Defeat your dragon

EXHORTATION through the BOOK of LIFE

Scripture to ponder on :

“And there sat a certain man at Lystra, impotent in his feet, being a cripple from his mother's womb, who never had walked: the same heard Paul speak: who stedfastly beholding him, and perceiving that he had faith to be healed, said with a loud voice, Stand upright on thy feet.      🏹DEFEAT YOUR DRAGON 🏹

Beloved, if you want to have faith for your breakthrough, make sure you hear and believe correctly about God through the word of Christ. By the way, in Romans 10: 17, it is the word of Christ, and not the word of God, as some translations of the Bible write. The Greek word used here is Christos for Christ.

What's the difference? The word of Christ refers to the word of the new covenant, the word of His grace.

In the book of Acts, the apostle Paul says: "Now therefore, brothers, I recommend you to God and to the word of His grace, who can build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified" (Acts 20:32). What can build you up and give you an inheritance among the saints? It is the word of His grace or the word of Christ. The Bible exhorts us to "That the word of Christ [Christos] dwells in you richly in all wisdom" (Col. 3: 16).

So, if you are discouraged, I encourage you to continue to hear messages full of grace and the finished work of our Lord Jesus, as the apostle Paul proclaimed. This is what the crippled did in Acts 14: 8-10.

Whatever your situation, continue to hear how your sins were all forgiven by Christ and how you are today the righteousness of God in Christ. Whatever diagnosis you have heard, continue to hear how much God loves you and is full of love for you, to watch over you, provide for you and deliver you from all your fears and suffering.

My friend, when you prioritize this on a daily basis, you will have the word of Christ richly living in you. And it is this word of His grace that will communicate to you the faith and the manifestation of your breakthroughs. And the courage to face any satanic dragon.
