CHRISTIAN REALITY #10
The greatest enemy of faith is fear, yet for the Christian it is written, “for God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind;”2 Timothy 1:7. Observe carefully what God has given you; A Spirit of power (the ability to decree into existence), of love (compassion), of wisdom(or the ability to use knowledge) or put into practice the revelation of God's word.
Today's verses are part of the description of the likeness between you and your substitute, Jesus Christ, to guarantee your life free from all the fears and frustrations in which people of the world are enslaved. That is why, when your body is attacked by illness, you do not panic because the One who is in you has already triumphed in your place.
Let's look at the practical application:
When your body is under attack, you courageously declare: You, this… Jesus Himself bore my sins on His body on the cross so that I might die to sin and live for righteousness. By His stripes I have been healed. Therefore, I command you, this… to leave my body, which is the temple of the Holy Spirit, now in the name of Jesus, and I release the Holy Spirit into this area of my body… in the name of Jesus.
You must do it persistently, frequently, and consistently.
