THE MANIFESTATION OF CHRIST IN THE WORLD
The world needs the manifestation of God’s grace to break free from bondage.
“For the grace of God has appeared that brings salvation to all people. It teaches us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, while we wait for the blessed hope—the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ, who gave himself for us to redeem us from all wickedness and to purify for himself a people that are his very own, eager to do what is good.”
Titus 2:11-14
The grace of God is an inexhaustible and abundant source that works in every area of our lives. It enables us to fully live out our identity in Christ and to manifest the character of Christ and the mercy of God.
Many Christians, through their own efforts, try to live the life of Jesus and find themselves frustrated by their inability to do so. Just as you became a Christian, so too do you progress in the Christian life: by the grace of God.
Today's verses gives us a crucial instruction that contains the grace necessary for our success. Let's put it into practice:
In every situation, draw from the inexhaustible reservoir of grace to find the appropriate solution.
For a difficult partner, you can declare:
"I am a branch attached to the true Vine. I do not try to produce fruit through my own efforts, but I remain attached to the fruitful Vine. Thus, the love, forgiveness, joy, and healing that flow from this Vine produce in me the grace necessary to allow my partner to discover You."
You can apply this truth to every area of your life, and you will see God's grace produce wonderful results around you.
