EXHORTATION through the BOOK of LIFE
Scripture to ponder on:
“He shall deliver you in six troubles, Yes, in seven no evil shall touch you. In famine He shall redeem you from death, And in war from the power of the sword. You shall be hidden from the scourge of the tongue, And you shall not be afraid of destruction when it comes. You shall laugh at destruction and famine, And you shall not be afraid of the beasts of the earth.”
Job 5:19-22 NKJV
*BUILD ON HIS PROMISES*
I don't know about you but I believe that the Lord gave us the Scripture above to strengthen us. Let's take a closer look at the first verse: "He will deliver you in six troubles, yes, in seven no evil will touch you." After reading this verse a certain number of times before, the Lord has enlivened this Scripture in me, so let me share it with you.
I want to address you and all those people who have been particularly affected by discouragement at some point in their lives, regardless of the area of life. Maybe you have experienced a very difficult, even tragic event? Maybe you have gone through or are you currently going through an unenviable situation? Can I encourage you today? Build your faith and your life on His promises (of God) and not on your experiences.
The Word of God says that in this world we will have difficulties (John 16:33). The fact that God declares, in His Word, that He will deliver us from trouble implies that we will experience trouble. But God wants us to be rooted in the completed work of our Lord Jesus towards us. Then remind yourself daily of the deliverance of the Lord and your faith will grow more and more in His promises.
Christian’s faith comes from "what you hear of the word of Christ" (Romans 10:17). The principle to be applied here is simple: the more we hear, the more we believe! The more you put this word in your mouth and pray on the basis of His completed work, the more you will experience the benefits of your identity.
My friend, the delivery from trouble is fantastic especially when you are in this place where "no evil will touch you". It's my prayer for you and your loved ones.
As we live in a dangerous time, we have an almighty God watching over us. May we all grow and have a gradual revelation of the protection and provisions of the Lord in these last days.
_Let us pray together: Lord we thank You for Your deliverance from all our troubles. Thank You for Your protection and Your soothing presence in our lives. Thank You because as we continue to persevere, we will arrive at a place where no evil will affect us and our families and loved ones in the name of Jesus! Amen_
Jesus’ beloved !
AMEN & AMEN 🙏🏾🙏🏾!!
