EXHORTATION through the BOOK of LIFE
Scripture to ponder on.
“yes, while I was speaking in prayer, the man Gabriel, whom I had seen in the vision at the beginning, being caused to fly swiftly, reached me about the time of the evening offering. And he informed me, and talked with me, and said, “O Daniel, I have now come forth to give you skill to understand. At the beginning of your supplications the command went out, and I have come to tell you, for you are greatly beloved; therefore consider the matter, and understand the vision:”
Daniel 9:21-23 NKJV
👄 * ANGELS OBEY THE WORDS OF HIS VOICE* 👄
Psalm 103:20 tells us that angels listen and obey "the voice of His word". Who gives voice to the Word of God? You! Every time you declare the Scritures out loud, you give voice to His Word and the angels respond. When you declare: "Father, I thank you that no evil will happen to me today, and that no plague or disease will approach my home," the angels listen to the voice of the Word of God that is pronounced. The angels cannot read your thoughts, so declare His Word!
I want to encourage you to study the Word of God and memorize some verses. When you feel overwhelmed by fear, learn to declare the Word of God. The power of God is dormant in you until you declare it. When you do it, it becomes real. And the power of what you declare allows God to rise in your situation against everything you are facing.
In the book to the Hebrews, it is said in chapter 1, verse 14 that the angels of God are "all the spirits in service sent to serve those who inherit salvation". Note that this passage does not say "serve for" but "serve those" who will inherit salvation. That is to say the Christian, so you and me. This is an important distinction because it means that they are waiting for our instructions. We must talk for the (angels) activate. They are waiting to respond to our words; they will not automatically examine all our needs.
You activate the action of the angels when you declare for example: "He will certainly deliver me from the bird's trap and the perilous plague. Trigger your heavenly army when you proclaim: "One thousand may fall by my side, and ten thousand on my right; but they will not approach me. Our Lord Jesus Himself demonstrated the importance of the Word of God out loud in the desert when HE said three times: "It is written" by quoting the Word of God. I don't know about you but I am determined to get the Word of God out of my mouth in favorable and unfavorable times!
Jesus' beloved!
